Pickup Social — Effective Date: April 20, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Pickup Social mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and William Stanley ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Service

Pickup Social is a platform that connects users to find and organize local pickup sports games. We provide tools to create games, join games, chat with other players, and track your activity.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you are 13 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent game listings
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Post offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Use the App to spam or send unsolicited communications

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these conduct standards.
